Natural Paths to … Abundant Health Therapies & Education
With any health issue look at the Digestive Health: Many childhood illnesses can be attributed to “Gut Dysbiosis”. Gut dysbiosis happens when the normal flora in the digestive system gets out of balance allowing potentially disease causing microbes to overpopulate the gut. Probiotics (pro-life) or good normal flora is necessary to break down the food we eat, provide nourishment to cells, release vitamins B and K, nourish the immune system … just to name a few reasons they are necessary. Good normal flora of the gut lining also protects us from invading micro-organisms that can cause disease.
Many factors contribute to Gut Dysbiosis such as inappropriate and overuse of antibiotics, caesarean birth, formula feeding, vaccines, stress, processed foods, poor eating habits, too much sugar and food additives along with BPA from plastics and the lining of canned foods. Not enough veggies.
Gut Dysbiosis means the digestive system is out of balance. Pathogenic (disease causing) microbes overpopulate the gut and overrun the good microbes and create exotoxins as a byproduct of their metabolism which is irritating and damaging to the cells of the digestive tract. This can result in nutritional deficiencies, gas, diarrhea, constipation, reflux and other digestive disturbances.
The results of the damage to the digestive system can vary and range from Asthma, Allergies, Auto Immune Diseases, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Ulcerative, Colitis, Irritable Bowel, Acid Reflux, Chronic Diarrhea, Eczema, Psoriasis, Schizophrenia, ADD, ADHD, Anemia, Hormonal Imbalance, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Low Immunity and frequent illness.
To improve digestive health eat the diet best for your blood type which will contain whole foods and foods thecolor of the rainbow, avoid white sugar, white flour, processed foods and food additives.
Real whole food according to your blood type allows bacterial colonies to clean up and populate the gut, discourages pathogens, allows the body to detoxify from the accumulated poisons. The "Eat Right 4 Your Type" app will help you out with food lists, creating shopping lists, common food lists for families that have more than one blood type, recipes and more.
If you are looking for a probiotic I suggest one for your blood type. The Finnish Red Cross did a 14 year study on the different blood types and what kind of gut flora was natural to them. We carry blood type specific products for you.
