Pet Massage

Deep tissue and therapeutic massages helps you release the chronic patterns of tension in your body through slow strokes and deep pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of the muscles, tendons, and fascia.

This method is called deep tissue because it also focuses on the deeper layers of your muscle tissue. It is an excellent way to relieve stress and tension, reduce muscle spasms, and improve circulation.

  • Neuromuscular for TMJ

This method is used both to help you relax and to achieve therapeutic results. Alternating the hot and cold stones helps your muscles release more quickly. Cold stones are applied to aid with inflammation and encourage blood to move away from a swollen area, helping send more oxygen and nutrients into the cells and encourage detoxification.

Hot stones are applied to specific spots on your body, allowing the therapist to apply deeper pressure if desired. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.

Hot and Cold Stones

Fascia is a thin lining around your muscles that can become tight, restricted, and a source of tension when trauma occurs, like whiplash, surgery, falling, habitual poor posture, and more. This can cause you pain and restricted movement and can affect your ability to withstand stress.

Myofascial release therapy is an effective technique that provides sustained pressure into restrictions to eliminate them and restore your range of motion.

Myofascial Release Therapy

Neuromuscular therapy, otherwise known as NMT, is a very specialized form of manual therapy used for the freeing and relief of any chronically tense, contracted, or painful areas you might be dealing with. This helps to release trigger points — irritation points in muscles which cause pain in other parts of the body — and correct muscle imbalances from poor lifting habits, poor posture, and more.

Neuromuscular or Trigger Point Therapy

Reflexology employs the principle that there are reflex areas in your feet and hands that correspond with and directly affect every organ and gland in your body. By releasing tension in your feet or hands, you achieve the removal of waste and proper nerve flow.

A regular sports massage can help prevent injury by keeping your muscles in better condition. It's highly beneficial for helping optimize performance, prevent injury, reduce competition anxiety, and achieve career longevity.

Sports Massage

A relaxation massage is exactly what the name implies: a massage strictly for the purpose of encouraging you to rest and relax. This massage technique is not designed for therapeutic effects or for dealing with chronic pain and discomfort.

Swedish Relaxation Massage

Thai massage is an ancient healing system that combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. It combines facilitated stretching with diverse tools like elbows and feet to relieve your pain, improve your mobility, and create length and spaciousness throughout your body.

This massage is unique in its characteristics, as it can actually be a form of physical, mental, and emotional exercise for both people involved. The receiver actually becomes an active participant in the massage. You'll feel light, rested, and free both emotionally and physically.

The testimonials for Thai massage are nothing but wonderful. Unlike other massages, you will remain fully clothed throughout the massage.
