Each class will focus on relaxation breathing, toning and
stretching muscles to improve your range of motion.
Chair Yoga
Tuesday Evening 5:00 - 6:00 PM
This class is designed to accommodate the compromised
mobility Yoga student from a seated position, no floor or
"pretzel" poses.
Adult
beginner/intermediate
Yoga
Tuesday Evening 6:15 - 7:30 PM
This class is designed to accommodate the beginning to
intermediate Yoga student.
